We may collect account details, API usage data, prompt evaluation inputs and outputs, and standard operational telemetry needed to run and secure Silo.

If you contact the team directly, we also receive whatever information you include in that message.

We use this information to authenticate users, operate the product, troubleshoot issues, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.

We do not publish your private prompt content or evaluation data as part of the public site.
